Is a deposit required?

A non-refundable deposit of $150 is payable prior to any work done on your website.

What hosting package do I need?

Generally the standard or plus web package is sufficient for most websites. The annual fee for a standard package is $200. Please refer to our web design pricing for more details.

How do I register a domain name?

At Wasabi Solutions we register and maintain your domain name for $50 per year. Please refer to our web design pricing for more details.

Should I have a (.com.au) or a (.com) domain name?

If you have an Australian based business a (.com.au) would be better suited. To register a (.com.au) domain name an ABN number is required. There also must be a close and substantial connection between the domain name and your business or product.

How long does it take to design a website?

The design and implementation of a website is subject to the client supplying the relevant content i.e. images, text and descriptions. The completed return of the web design questionnaire also helps with the completion of the website. A design plan is listed below.

Step 1. A meeting is organised to complete the web design questionnaire with you. Images and ideas are discussed and the desposit is paid.

Step 2. Domain name is registered. (Subject to availability)

Step 3. First basic draft of web design is completed for you to view.

Step 4. Changes are implemented from first draft of web design.

Step 5. Second draft of web design is completed for you to view

Step 6. Changes are implemented from second draft of web design.

Step 7. Third and final draft would then be signed off on and balance paid.

Step 8. Website uploaded to Wasabi host servers. (Go Live)
